Katryna, who goes by Kat, is a community catalyst and project manager currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. She brings over 7 years of experience specializing in creating moments for connection and engagement with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She confidently claims space in this world as a Black and Latina woman native to the Bay Area, CA.
She leads with her strengths of operational excellence and community engagement to support clients and companies stay aligned towards changing projects, amplify employee resource group networks, and create unforgettable events for belonging and connection. Her work spans across the tech industry from LinkedIn, Airbnb, and Pinterest, to volunteering with Phenomenal Woman, and within her own community through creative spaces like dance and entrepreneurship.
Kat is regularly sought after to plan, lead, and rally, and organize people to come together for a shared vision. This has led her to facilitate the creation of her own community that centers the experience of Black and Brown women to gather virtually to dissect topics of dialogue in regards to society, culture, and lived experiences.
Kat earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University of Northridge coupled with an emphasis on Spanish Language and Central American Studies. Catch her prioritizing her joy through movement in dance classes in her spare time and exploring small business market places across New York City.
