JULIANA LUQUE

Juliana is an advocate of companies looking to make profound cultural and strategic transformations. By combining her business acumen with the rigor of academic research and the systemic approach of social technologies, she drives transformation by balancing purpose and profit. As a consultant, she assists organizations to navigate organizational transformation, to embrace a meaningful and practical approach to Diversity and Inclusion, and to implement holistic Change Management practices.

Prior to Good Works, Juliana worked at Royal Bank of Canada, EY, and AXA. She is currently a Research Analyst at the Identity, Diversity and Inclusion Lab at the University of Toronto.

Juliana holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, a master’s in engineering from Universidad de los Andes, and a BEng in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander. She spends much of her free time learning about gender analytics, anti-racism, and modern social justice.

She identifies as a cisgender, heterosexual, non-disabled Latina woman. Outside of work, Juliana can be found reading, exercising at the gym, hanging out with her friends and family, or meditating in a park.
