Fadjanie Cadet is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist, Organizational Development Practitioner, and Talent Business Partner who has worked across the technology and consulting sectors helping to build high-performing teams, lead high impact change management initiatives, and create business-aligned diversity recruiting/sourcing strategies and programming to ensure inclusive hiring, enabling equitable outcomes throughout recruiting process.
Leveraging her professional background/education in HR, OD, and DEI as well as her lived experience as a black, first-generation professional to build creative, transformative recruitment, engagement, and development strategies, Fadjanie is passionate about amplifying the voices of the underrepresented and helping to create psychologically safe and inclusive work spaces.
A true DISC Communicator style, she prefers to accomplish goals through people with an empathetic approach to collaboration, and a strong ability to navigate agile environments. She believes that DEI work is OD work that must be integrated across all aspects of the employee and business lifecycle. Her philosophy is that in order to drive meaningful changes in the DEI space, our approaches must be intentional and bold. At Wayfair, Fadjanie helped to spearhead and launch the Culture Ambassador Program specifically designed to promote representation and inclusion in the interview process.
Fadjanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Providence College. Fadjanie is SHRM-certified, holds a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell, and is obtaining her credential as an Organization Development Certified Professional from the Institute of Organizational Development.
